SHIPPING

Shipping for plants are posted on Mondays and Tuesdays only if you are in Auckland we will consider Wednesdays too, this is so your new baby has the least amount of time in transit to you.

We use overnight courier so please expect your plant in 1-3 business days, you will be emailed a tracking number to follow along.

We are confident in plant packaging and will do our best to make sure they make it to you safely, but due to the fragile and perishable nature of live plants we cannot control how they are handled once they leave us.

Occasionally and out of our control your plant might arrive damaged, if this happens please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at therareplantationnz@gmail.com

REFUNDS

Given the delicate and perishable nature of plants, we are unable to offer refunds on plant purchases. Please make your selections thoughtfully.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, kindly notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide proof of damage for resolution
